We sold our first home that we've been grounded in for the last decade. We need to be out of here by the end of June. I can't believe it! Lots and lots of boxes real soon.
Newell & I are excited & anxious about the whole house-hunting expeditions. Going up & down all the stairs, evaluating, dreaming, praying, thinking, running the numbers, wondering if the foundation is sound. I believe all realtors should be licensed counselors. :) That's where the big bucks are.
